Wildwood’s involvement with this client was on-going for several years with phase after phase of improvements were made to this already impressive property.
Initially, the ground floor was renovated with a new kitchen, floor tiling throughout and re-modelling most of the rooms.
The garage was constructed with au pair accommodation above.
A pool house was added, incorporating gym, sauna and steam room.
The roof was then removed so that the upper floor could be completely reworked to afford improved accommodation, reached via a new galleried staircase with roof lantern and impressive chandelier above.
Finally, and orangery / games room was added.
And all of this was carried out while the family lived in the house!
