This large house had been split into 3 flats and was in a really poor state of repair.
Wildwood were engaged by our client to completely gut the building and restore it to a single dwelling.
A new staircase was required to the lower ground floor which was extended to the rear to form a large kitchen / family room, with bi-fold doors opening onto a sunken patio, finished with Millboard decking.
The ground floor was converted to comprise a study and reception room, with the upper floors including 5 bedrooms with 3 en suites and a family bathroom.
The back garden was landscaped so that steps up from the patio lead to a small lawn with a new, large garden building and garage at the rear.
The finish throughout is of the highest standard and the house has undergone a huge transformation from it’s almost derelict condition.
