Situated in a secluded lane near the Kent village of Hever, the brief here was to demolish a large part of the original cottage, retaining very few of the structural walls, and increasing the volume of the building on the original footprint.
It was, to all intents and purposes, a new build with a huge amount of landscaping with a small pool house, servicing the new pool (by others).
The project transformed what was a run-down cottage to a mock-Tudor, 3 bedroom house with hi-spec interior with an amazing garden.
