This house, on a prestigious road in Oxshott, was completely gutted and reworked with the addition of a large double storey extension to the rear.
The extension required the installation of much structural steel work, some of which extended well into the existing building, which necessitated that large sections of the roof had to be removed and be rebuilt.
The emphasis was very much on making the new works, the rebuilt roof and tile-hanging to look as close in appearance as possible to the original house.
The works also included new patio slabbing and a brick-built outdoor kitchen, new driveway, electric gates and garden walling.
